Our HVAC and Plumbing Service Department provides repair services and preventative maintenance. Our service technicians are required to graduate from an extensive 5-year trade specific apprentice program. All technicians have EPA certifications and are RMGA certified. In addition, MSS invests in factory specific training for its technicians as well as continuous in house training.

Repair Services:

Our service expertise extends to all manufacturers of HVAC Equipment, Chillers, Boilers, Controls and Built-up Systems. Our HVAC Service Department is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Preventative Maintenance:

We tailor our maintenance plans to suit the needs of your systems and your business. From basic preventative maintenance to complex predictive maintenance to full-service contracts. We work with you to find a solution that works best for your company.
